How much does a cleaning job or service cost?
We do not publish flat rates because effort and scope vary a lot. After reviewing your details you receive an individual, non-binding quote. Key factors include area, condition, requested services, interval and travel.
Is my request binding?
No. A request via the website is non-binding and does not create a contract. We review your details, get back to you and only confirm a job or subscription once we have agreed on everything together.
Do you offer a handover guarantee for move-out cleaning?
No, we do not offer a handover guarantee. We clean carefully within the agreed scope and discuss beforehand which areas are included.
How does a request work?
You describe your needs using the quote assistant, by phone, WhatsApp or email. We clarify any questions, if needed with a visit or based on photos, and send you an individual quote.
Which regions do you cover?
We mainly work in the Zurich area and the Glatt Valley, as well as in Winterthur, the Limmat Valley, the Zurich Oberland and the cantons of Aargau, Schaffhausen and Zug. We are happy to check other locations on request.
How can I pay?
You pay conveniently by invoice.
Can I book cleaning or gardening as a subscription?
Yes. We offer recurring visits weekly, every two weeks, monthly or at custom intervals. Scope, term and conditions are set out in your personal quote.
Do you work at weekends?
Our opening hours include Saturday and Sunday. Weekend jobs are possible by arrangement.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. We agree with you how access is arranged, for example by handing over a key.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
We clarify this in the quote. If you have particular wishes, for example regarding specific products, simply mention them in your request.
