Cleaning
Move-out cleaning
When you move, your old flat should be handed over clean. We clean thoroughly within the agreed scope and can coordinate the removal too.
What we typically plan for
We agree the exact scope together and set it out in the quote.
- Kitchen incl. cupboards, appliances and extractor hood
- Bathroom and toilet incl. fittings and tiles
- Windows incl. frames and sills
- Floors, skirting boards and doors
- Built-in wardrobes inside and out
- Blinds, balcony, basement or attic by arrangement
Important: no handover guarantee
We work carefully but do not offer a handover guarantee. Please let us know in advance about any specific requirements from your landlord so we can include them in the quote.
Tips for a smooth process
- Request early, especially for end-of-month dates
- Hand over the flat as empty and accessible as possible
- Mention the landlord’s handover date in your request
- Let us coordinate everything with the moving + cleaning package
Request without obligation
Tell us what you need.
A few details are enough. We look at them, call you back if anything is unclear and send you a quote that fits your property.
